2005 Season - Week 10

Trading Day 2 This Sunday at BUMS HQ from 3:30pm we get a second chance to sort out the wheat from the chaff and to shoot the walking wounded. If you want to change players but can’t attend let me know whether you will email your trade plans through or whether you will be available at the other end of the phone. Marcus will be doing food so please let me know if you are attending by Saturday morning so he can do the shopping. To assist with your plans I have attached the original player prices again together with the list of new players available. Nobody who traded in Trade 1 suffered a setback with 3 people improving greatly. In the 5 weeks since Trade 1 Cheryl’s new guys have outscored her old cuts by 42 points David S is plus 30 and Andy H plus 24. Trading Order David G will cut his players first followed by Paul, Aaron/Ron, Phil, Wayne, John, Andy H, Cheryl, Johnny, Marcus, Mark, David S, AP, Gareth and finally Daz. The order between Aaron & Ron will be decided by the toss of a coin. After all players have been dropped we will go into a draft mode and Dave G will select one player followed by Paul etc etc until all rosters are full again. Remember if you cut a Franchise Player you still have to pay him until his Franchise Contract is over. Daz cut Alexander please It’s not gonna happen. Shaun Alexander is a BUMS owners best friend. He scored 3 more TDs on Sunday as he led Daz into the Hall of Fame for the 4th time. Shaun now has 17 TDs this year and has become the first player in NFL history ever to score 15 TDs in 5 consecutive years. Now that is BUMS productivity. Mad stat of the week Minnesota beat NY Giants 24-21 despite only gaining 137 yards of total offense. They became the first team ever to return a punt, a kickoff and an interception for a TD. The Vikings totalled 394 yards on punt, kickoff and interception returns! BUMS Players Hall of Fame A couple of you still need to return your votes. I’ll email you individually. BUMS on Seats

So we will be HQ from 3.30pm on Sunday to trade, eat and watch Sky’s doubleheader of Tampa Bay @ Atlanta followed by Indianapolis @ Cincinnati. Let me know if you can make it.
